🚨 Policy Update – Effective July 25th 🚨
To help reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we’re updating our booking requirements. These apply to all appointments, including grooms, bath packages, and nail trims.
Before we can book or confirm your appointment, we must have:
✅ Card on file
✅ Vaccine records:
• Dogs – Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP or DAPP)
• Cats – Rabies, FVRCP
• Bordetella (dogs only) – Optional but recommended
✅ Current contact info
✅ Complete pet profile
(Name, breed, coat color, weight, age, spay/neuter status)
❌ Appointments missing any of the above will be canceled and must be rescheduled once the file is complete.
